The bdbat platform is operated targeting users in Bangladesh. Users from regions where legal restrictions apply will not be permitted to use this platform. The responsibility for accessing the platform from a legally restricted region lies entirely with the user.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details, password, and any security information completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account or transferring account details to another person is prohibited.

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• bdbat will not be liable for any loss resulting from failure to keep account information secure.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Contact Information

You must keep your mobile number, email, and payment details up to date at all times. bdbat will not be liable for any delays in bonuses or withdrawals caused by outdated or incorrect information.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The bdbat platform currently supports three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳200 (two hundred taka).

• You must use your own payment account when making a deposit.
• Deposits made from a third-party payment account may be cancelled.
• Deposit amounts will be displayed in taka (BDT) and all transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi taka.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawals generally take 5 to 30 minutes to process.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Account verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals may be limited if the wagering requirements on an active bonus have not been met.
• bdbat reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal if suspicious activity is identified.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bdbat offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A 25x wagering requirement must be met to use this bonus.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• The wagering requirement must be fully met before winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, household, or device.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

bdbat regularly offers various promotional offers, cashback, free bets, and tournament prizes. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which will be displayed in the account.

5.3 VIP Program

bdbat has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. You can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity, and each tier comes with weekly cashback benefits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdbat platform:

• Fraud and Deception: Operating an account using false information, forged documents, or another person's identity.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account for the purpose of obtaining bonus benefits.
• Bots and Automated Software: Using any bot, script, or automated process to gain an unfair advantage in gaming.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to obtain benefits without fulfilling bonus terms.

If any of the above activities are detected, bdbat reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action where applicable.

bdbat is an entertainment platform. bdbat will not bear responsibility in the following cases:

• Financial loss or damage resulting from gaming.
• A game being interrupted due to technical issues, internet disconnection, or server downtime.
• Delays or issues arising from third-party services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.).
• Loss caused by a user's failure to keep their own account information secure.
• Legal complications arising from using the platform from an unauthorized region.

All game and betting outcomes are fair and ensured by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game result is entirely independent and is not influenced by previous results.
